Robin Brown: Distance Handling 1- WORKING SPOT

of commitment so you can leave earlier and drive up their line to where you need to be.

This half day seminar will focus on the basic skills needed to start teaching your dog to move away from you. These skills are useful for games such as Gamblers or Jackpot, but also increase your dogs level of commitment so you can leave earlier and drive up their line to where you need to be. We will focus on “go”, “out”, “back”, lateral sends, directionals and basic obstacle discrimination.

Dogs should be comfortable working in a group setting and have a reliable recall. Weaves are not used in this level of distance handling.
